Indoor Training begins TONIGHT!

Our winter indoor training season begins tonight.  Wow, it’s hard to believe that November has arrived already!

Prior to beginning tonight, I wanted to send our a very sincere Thank You to the dedicated riders taking part.  This is the largest group ever as we are completely sold out and filled to capacity.  So THANK YOU for your support and for your dedication to your training.  It’s awesome and is going to be an amazing 8 Indoor Training Sessions.

If you’re interested in participating from wherever you are, just let me know and for a nominal investment you can join our group “virtually” as I’ll send you the exact ride plans we’ll be using each session.

Keep your eyes open for pics of tonight’s Time Trial.  Thanks again!!

Rain is in the forecast – keep your bike clean!

We’ve had a great fall riding season, but the weather is changing and we have rain in the forecast for the next several days.

It’s never too late for a reminder about how to quickly and easily clean your bike after riding in the rain.  Check it out:[email protected]:17717493

Speaking of rain (and mud), congratulations to all you who raced the Chequamegon MTB races this past weekend (the 40 or the 16).  With 2″ – 4″ of rain just before the start of the race, you encountered some seriously challenging conditions.  As many of you pointed out, once getting over the discomfort of getting wet and muddy, you embraced the opportunity to be a kid again.  What a great attitude!

Final Hill Training Session * Tonight!!

Our outdoor hill training sessions in Afton come to an end tonight, and I hope you can join us.

We always wrap up the week of the Chequamegon Fat Tire Fest as many of our riders finish their season with this race, as well as the fact that the days are getting shorter.

Tonight’s ride will be “shorter and easier” than most, as it’ll be a tapering session for the Chequamegon riders.

As always, we’ll meet in front of Selma’s, on our bikes and ready to go, at 5:25 then we’ll roll out for what will be a ride of about an hour or so.

The plan for tonight is an extended warmup, a handful of short intervals, then a long cooldown.  So it’ll be a nice way to wrap up the hill training season.

See you tonight!

TCP Kits re-order * Store open through TODAY

Hi riders,

The store is OPEN, but only through end of day TODAY!!!!!  Follow the link below to take you to the store.

Your order will be shipped to you individually, and Pactimo (the vendor for the kits) has told me it will be a 4 week turnaround.  The store closes today, and we should expect to receive our shipment on Oct 4.

Once again, here is the basic design of the kit.  When you go to the store you’ll see each piece and what it looks like.

Please don’t hesitate.  Get over there and place your order so we can avoid the last-minute scramble at closing time.

Most of you have seen the kits out on the road this year.  If you haven’t worn one yet, I know you’ll like the feel and durability of the kits.  Thank you in advance for your support.  Please contact me with any questions you have.
