Our fall session of Afton hill training begins tomorrow, August 16 and runs for 5 weeks.

We’ll have to adapt slightly tomorrow as the base of the coulee is under construction and closed, so we’ll use the Pirate Ship hill instead.

As always, be on your bike and ready to go in front of Selma’s Ice Cream at 5:20.  We’ll do a quick briefing and roll out by 5:30.

As many of you are closing in on Chequamegon, feel free to ride your MTB.  Of course you can ride your road bike or tri bike as well as several of you are preparing for IM WI or other fall triathlons.

It’ll be good to see you all tomorrow and for the next 5 weeks.
