That’s a silly question. Of course he does. I thought of this question as I rode this morning in cold (41 degrees), windy, rainy conditions. [...] Minnesota’s bike racing season recently began, and next week the cycling season “officially” kicks off with the Minnesota Ironman Bike Ride. This ride offers distances of 30, 65 and 100 miles, and is often called the “Rite of Spring” for MN cycling.
Many of the workouts I’ve offered so far have been “hard” workouts. Threshold rides, VO2 Max level rides, interval rides, etc. These are all great cycling workouts and this high end fitness is critical to success.
