These words popped into my head during a ride years ago, and I’ve repeated them over and over again ever since.  I don’t know exactly when they came to me or the specific circumstances which caused me to think them, but they’ve been powerful words to me.

I woke up this morning with a nasty sore throat.  It’s been almost 3 years since I’ve felt less than 100%.  Oh well, the streak had to come to an end at some point.  And now is better than a few weeks from now, when I ride the Mt Washington Hill Climb.
