There’s no question that quality nutrition is at least as important as quality training –probably even more important.  And whether we’re a world-class athlete, a weekend warrior or a couch potato, we all want to be lean.  And most of us want to lose weight and struggle how to do so.

I’m a fan of Prograde Nutrition products.  Their product assortment is not super wide, but the products they offer are top quality.  Most importantly, they do offer the most important supplements, such as protein powder, recovery drink and fish oil, products we all take and should take.

They’ve also just added a new program that in my mind sets them apart from many other companies, called their VIP program.

In my mind this is a killer program.  Not only are they offering you a chance to save 5% on ALL your Prograde purchases, but they’re also throwing in over $700 worth of FREE stuff!

By becoming a Prograde VIP before this Thursday at 11:59pm EST you get as part of your membership a 90 day meal plan from Nutrition Expert Jayson Hunter.  So yes, he’ll show you exactly what to eat and when to help you get in the best shape of your life! It even comes with weekly shopping lists so all of the thinking has been done FOR you.

But again, you have to become a Prograde VIP before this Thursday at 11:59pm EST to qualify for the 90 Day Meal Plan Bonus.

I’ve had recurrent pneumonia for almost three years and put on 70 pounds due to the high doses of steroids I was left on and forgotten about.
I’ve now reduced the steroids and started cycling on my mountain bike but want to become a roadie. I want to cycle LEJOG-Land’s End to John O’Groats. The two furthest points in the UK at 1,000 miles in 9 days accompanied. I need to get a racing bike and hope to have the funds to buy several in the coming months if a transaction comes off.Starting with the Specialized S Works Roubaix and Tarmac. The Cervelo R3 and P4 for TT. The Canondale Hi Mod Super Six with Di2 as all the others will. Tee Trek Madone 6.0 (“The One”) also with Di2. Two of them, one compact. Until then I’ve been too sick to work so have had no income and all my savings are gone.Have long standing back issues after 25 years after being landed on in a Mercedes Estate (Station Wagon) by a GM. Five back operations ,fusion at L5 S1. L4 a bit of a mess and herniated and prolapsed. Weight doesn’t help. This deal will enable to become almost a full time athlete with a gym and lots of bikes. Then I need to get ready to spending up to 9 hours a day in the saddle. Think I might need a coach. I’ll have a Wattbike in the GYM and Polar CS 600x HR/cadence/power on every bike. Might Power Tap on a couple (P4/Tarmac). What do you think? Best, John

    Hi John,
Thanks for reading my post so quickly and for getting back to me. It sounds like you have alot of things up in the air at this point, and I’m not sure what you’re asking for from me. Could you please clarify? Thanks!
