Don’t Forget This in the MN Ironman (or any Century)

Are you riding the MN Ironman this weekend (or doing a century or race)?  If so, make sure you remember everything.  There’s nothing worse than driving to your event, only to realize that you forgot your pedals, shoes or something equally important at home.

I use the following checklist to help me remember the items that I MUST remember:

    I went shopping with this list from your March 19th class. At today’s rainy Ironman, I really appreciated the booties, wool socks, skull cap, rain-suit, and etc.
