Cycling Training – Indoor Intervals!

How’s your level of conditioning?  Are you getting more fit?  What are you doing this winter to prepare for your upcoming season?

This video shows riders in my indoor training session performing a “threshold interval.”  The focus of this ride was to improve sustainable power at threshold by working right at this level for extended periods of time.  The main set here included 3 x 12 minutes slightly below or right at threshold.  You can see the effort they put forth.

These riders will be ready when the spring outdoor season arrives in MN.  Will you?
